Dear parents and carers,
Please spend some time during the summer holiday looking through your child’s transition booklet with them.
The booklet is designed to help your child feel happy, confident and prepared for September. It includes photographs of key staff, classrooms and learning spaces, as well as helpful information about daily routines and what your child can expect in their new class.
Looking through the booklet together, talking about the photographs and answering any questions your child may have can make the transition feel much more familiar and reassuring.
We hope the booklet will help every child return to Woodlands in September feeling excited, confident and ready for their next adventure.
